Our Half Beef Share is one of our most popular options. You’ll receive a wide variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef, all custom-cut to your preferences.
The beef is delivered to a USDA-certified processor in Cody or Powell, where hanging weight is recorded. Pricing is based on $4.25 per pound hanging weight. Once the weight is confirmed, we’ll notify you of the remaining balance due.
You will coordinate directly with the processor to select cuts, packaging options, and steak thickness.
